Celebrating the Creatives of Our Culture

Love of Urban Design® Week welcomes Tampa Bay Fashion Experience

LOUD Love of Urban Design® Week is expanding its creative footprint — and we’re thrilled to officially welcome the Tampa Bay Fashion Experience to this year’s celebration of culture, design, and artistic excellence.

The Tampa Bay Fashion Experience and Foundation, known for championing emerging designers, advancing fashion education, and elevating creative talent across the Gulf Coast, joins LOUD Week in a powerful alignment of vision and purpose. Their commitment to developing the next generation of fashion leaders beautifully mirrors LOUD’s mission of empowering urban creatives and celebrating diverse artistic expression.

As an organization that nurtures designers through mentorship, scholarships, and community-building experiences, the Tampa Bay Fashion Foundation brings an inspiring new dimension to LOUD Week. Together, we amplify opportunities, bridge creative communities, and shine a spotlight on the innovators shaping the future of fashion and the arts.

This partnership symbolizes what LOUD Week is all about — collaboration, culture, creativity, and community impact. We are excited to share space with an institution that uplifts fashion as both an art form and an economic driver, reinforcing our shared belief that creative industries deserve thoughtful investment, visibility, and celebration.

Welcome to the LOUD® family, Tampa Bay Fashion Experience. Let’s BLOOM together.

About the Founder - Taneka Bowles

ree

From the moment you meet her, it is clear that Taneka Bowles, Tampa Bay Fashion Experience’s CEO, is a woman of extraordinary faith and action. She has been making a big impact in the Tampa Bay community since relocating with her husband, Todd Bowles, head coach of the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and their three children. Todd Jr. and Troy are both collegiate athletes majoring in communications, one at Long Island University, the other at University of Michigan. Tyson is a middle schooler at Carollwood Day School.

A leader in multiple industries, a humanitarian, and a philanthropist, Taneka has spent much of her time in Tampa breaking barriers and creating opportunities for others. She is a source of hope and positivity in a world that can often be bleak, but through her faith in God and desire to serve, she has been able to bring change to her community and make a positive difference in the lives of many.

Taneka is a proud mother of a child with autism (Tyson) and serves on the board of the Autism Acceptance Center to help create more opportunities for individuals on the spectrum to reach their full potential. She has also helped mobilize the Buccaneers organization by spearheading a number of service activities throughout the city, with a particular focus on women and families.
